Caroline
Macey moved to Los Angeles from Lakeland, Florida where
her parents reside. She credits her Dad, Bob Macey with
passing on the entertainment gene. Bob is a business man
and an extremely talented slight-of-hand magician. As an
active member of the community, Bob used Caroline as a very
small child in his variety show magic acts. She was the
first of three children to volunteer to try out the guillotine
trick. At the age of 12 she began doing theatre and in high
school she attended Harrison Performing Arts Center.
After going to college for theatre in Dayton Ohio at Wright
State University, she moved to Los Angeles with her aspiring
filmmaker husband, Behn Fannin. The two reside in Los Angeles
and have worked together on several short sketch comedy
films including APOCALYPSE: AN ELECTION STORY where she
portrays a Jesus fanatic. She has co-starred in several
television shows: GILMORE GIRLS, THE SHIELD, 7th HEAVEN,
STAND OFF, MEDIUM, and LIFE. She had recurring role as a
nerdy Catholic school girl Lily on NBC's AMERICAN DREAMS.
Watch for her small role in the soon-to-be-released WEAPONS
directed by Adam Bhala Lough and starring Paul Dano.
She recently starred in the family comedy feature, THE MINIS
which stars Dennis Rodman, Gabriel Pimento, and several
other little people actors. The experience of playing the
gold-digging, cow-loving Natalia was fun and made petite
Caroline feel very tall except when Rodman was around. The
film is currently in post-production in Italy.
Caroline is extremely proud of a short film called SHUGAR
SHANK that has been released on DVD as a compilation of
gay/lesbian films called SHE LIKES GIRLS. She enjoyed portraying
the bass-playing, bisexual, meth-addicted, alterna-chick,
Robin. In the future she hopes to travel, learn new skills,
and work with animals on a film--not necessarily simulataneously.
