"Valley of Angels" starring Danny Trejo and George Katt, is a deep character-driven drama revolving around a twenty-something drug dealer in the hip West side of Los Angeles. The script won the 2004 WriteMovies.com International Screenwriting Contest Grandprize (top script out of 1,000 entries) under the title "The Edge of Nowhere." It was lensed by ASC award-winning D.P. Armando Salas (www.salasfilm.com).

Principal photography was shot in the Los Angeles area in November and December of 2005. Post production was completed in December of '07.

LevelBlue Productions is pleased to announce that 'Valley of Angels' has won three awards at the NY Int'l Independent Film & Video Festival.

The film won the Grand Jury Award for Best Feature.

Danny Trejo has won the award for Best Actor in a Feature.

George Katt has won the award for Best Breakthrough Actor.

'Valley of Angels' was released in Feb. '08 in The United States and Canada. It was released in Belgium, The Netherlands, and Russia in December of '07. It will be coming to the rest of the world soon...
