Adam Bixby is Managing Director and Security Consulting Leader of the Americas at LevelBlue. Adam leverages more than two decades of experience as a cybersecurity professional with expertise in penetration testing, red teaming, and security consulting leadership. At LevelBlue, Adam advises Fortune 500 companies, major financial institutions, and U.S. Government agencies on exposure management and security advisory services. He is recognized for a rare combination of executive leadership and hands-on technical credibility, built over a career spent personally delivering hundreds of engagements.

In his role at LevelBlue, Adam leads a large team of consultants across North and South America with full P&L responsibility. He supports organizations through penetration testing, security code review, cyber threat intelligence and advisory services, and is responsible for the region's exposure management practice, helping clients understand and reduce their attack surface across complex, hybrid environments.

Prior to LevelBlue, Adam was the first employee at Gotham Digital Science, where he helped grow the firm from a startup into a globally recognized leader in application and network security. The firm was later acquired by Stroz Friedberg, then Aon, and ultimately LevelBlue, where Adam has remained a trusted advisor and hands-on.

Bixby's career has been distinguished by his work as a published security researcher, with multiple CVE credits to his name, and by his contributions as a speaker at industry forums and conferences. He has also served as a trusted technical consultant to the entertainment industry, with credits including Mr. Robot, Ocean's 8, and Disclosure Day. He is a veteran of the United States Air Force Reserve, having served as a Security Forces Airman.

Bixby holds a Master of Science in Computer Forensics Investigations from the University of New Haven and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Rutgers University. He has held the Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) certification since 2007.
