Comparably, a leading workplace culture and compensation monitoring employee review platform selected Trustwave to receive its Best Company Outlook for 2024 Award. This award marks the seventh time Comparably has honored Trustwave in the last year.
Comparably's Best Company Outlook list honors organizations with the most promising futures, as determined by confidential feedback from employees on Comparably throughout the last year. The rankings stem from sentiment scores given by employees, reflecting their confidence in their company's future success, their enthusiasm for their daily work, and their willingness to suggest their workplace to others, known as the employee Net Promoter Score.
Comparably's survey covers 16 different workplace topics, including leadership, team, compensation, perks and benefits, work-life balance, career growth, environment, and outlook.
