A while ago Federico Biancuzzi contacted me to ask if I'd be interested to give an interview for SecurityFocus. Naturally I responded positively. It was an honour to join the group of people interviewed by Federico. We exchanged a bunch of emails in the months prior to the final ModSecurity 2.0 release. The interview was published a week ago, on the same day as the ModSecurity release it discusses. I am very happy with how the interview turned out. It gives a very good overview of what you can do with a web application firewall and also a very good overview of the features available in the 2.0 release.
